
Over the years, Action Property Management has been developing and improving its own software to manage communities with. The software rests in the cloud and is accessed through a web portal. SnapHOA is the brand of that software, which is now being sold to other management companies for their own use.
For SnapHOA accounts, Action provides financial and technology services only. W/O requests, violations & all other issues should be referred to their local representative. (see SOP 602) The SnapHOA clients representative can be found on the “Community Care” tab under “Contact Information”
When you receive a call for SnapHOA in Five9, it will be categorized as “SnapHOA” as the call comes in. This will let you know you are dealing with a SnapHOA. Remember, for these types of calls, Action provides only financial and technology services. W/O requests, violations & all other issues should be referred to their local representative.
