212: Board Meetings

GENERAL INFORMATION

Typically associations have a Board Meeting monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.

CHECK THE ASSOCIATION’S PROFILE

The profile will have an entry labeled “Next Board Meeting” where you will be able to find the general information such as, when the board meets, where the board meets, and what time the board meeting takes place (both regular and executive). This information will give you the general information you will need, but you will need to confirm this information on the Association Meeting page.

ASSOCIATION MEETINGS PAGE – SnapHOA Management

When giving a caller information about a board meeting, you must always check the Association Meetings page found on the ribbon at the top of SnapHOA Management, under the calendar. This is to confirm the meeting is still scheduled for the normal meeting date and time as board meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled. In addition, the start time of the meeting, varies. Once you find the meeting you are looking for, you MUST CLICK ON THE MEETING (as shown on the image below.) The details for the meeting will then load in (see images below). Here you can confirm the date of the board meeting, the location, any zoom meeting links, and the start time of the meeting or provide information if the meeting was cancelled or rescheduled.
