There are 2 types of New business calls:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested in Management services, meaning they are looking for a management company to manager their community OR<\/li>\n<li>Interested in our software, SnapHOA. Some inquiries will only be about them interested in our software and not our management services for their community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once a caller indicates they are inquiring about our services as a management company OR for SnapHOA only, continue as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*<\/em>**If the caller asks for a specific person, <u>warm transfer<\/u> them without question.***<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\"><strong>INTERESTED IN MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THEIR COMMUNITY:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\"><em>\u201cThank you for your interest.
