Unless the profile prohibits, others may purchase with owner\u2019s <span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">written permission only<\/span>.\n<ul>\n<li>If the Owner has recently purchased a property but is not listed in management app, or is not listed in management app for any other reason, they CAN still purchase a device. They must provide proof of ownership (a deed\/title to the property listing them as an owner).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>PROFILE:<\/u><\/strong> Check for <span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">price and distribution info<\/span> including any form that may need to be filled out.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>NON-OWNERS:<\/u><\/strong> H\/O\u2019s written authorization is required. The written authorization must <span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">name the non-owner by name.<\/span> It can be an email from the H\/O to Community Care, a signed letter mailed to Corporate(Irvine), or hand carried in by the non-owner (no texts). The permission should be scanned and saved under \u201cAttachments\u201d in the SnapHOA Management App. A detailed note will also need to be added to the notes section under the homeowner&#8217;s account.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CHECK PAYABLE TO ASSOCIATION:<\/u><\/strong> NOT payable to Action.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>NO CASH OR CREDIT:<\/u><\/strong> No credit cards or cash. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Check or money order only<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>PROVIDE ORDERING ADDRESS:<\/u><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Irvine address<\/span> for all Irvine Region properties. Transfer requests for other regions to the appropriate Manager Assistant to provide all device info.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CERTIFIED MAILING FEE:<\/u><\/strong> Payment must include $5.00 (if no other amount is listed on the profile) for the certified mailing fee.
