{"id":370,"date":"2018-01-12T13:04:37","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T21:04:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.actionlife.com\/sopcommunitycare\/?p=370"},"modified":"2022-12-04T18:37:14","modified_gmt":"2022-12-05T02:37:14","slug":"708-packages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.actionlife.com\/sopcommunitycare\/2018\/01\/12\/708-packages\/","title":{"rendered":"708: Packages\/Mail (Recept.)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RECEPTION LOG &#8211; Microsoft Edge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/home.actionlife.com\/departments\/communitycare\/Reception\/SitePages\/Reception%20Home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/home.actionlife.com\/departments\/communitycare\/Reception\/SitePages\/Reception%20Home.aspx<\/a> (This should be set as a home page on Microsoft Edge.)<\/p>\n<p>Escrow, Community Care, Assistants and a few Managers have access to log items themselves before delivering to Receptionist however the Receptionist can log <strong>ALL<\/strong>\u00a0items.<\/p>\n<p>All items left at the front desk for pick up or that are dropped off (No matter for who), needs to be logged into the package log.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INCOMING MAIL \/ PACKAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">All<\/span> mail\/packages that are held at the Receptionist desk, must be logged in and date stamped. Organize all mail until you are able to deliver them. Make sure to be as descriptive as possible in the notes.
