The software rests in the cloud and is accessed through a web portal. SnapHOA is the brand of that software, which is now being sold to other management companies for their own use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For SnapHOA accounts, Action provides financial and technology services only. W\/O requests, violations &amp; all other issues should be referred to their local representative. <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.actionlife.com\/sopcommunitycare\/2018\/01\/30\/602-management-app\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wp.actionlife.com\/sopcommunitycare\/2018\/01\/30\/602-management-app\/\">(see SOP 602)<\/a> The SnapHOA clients representative can be found on the &#8220;Community Care&#8221; tab under &#8220;Contact Information&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you receive a call for SnapHOA in Five9, it will be categorized as &#8220;SnapHOA&#8221; as the call comes in. This will let you know you are dealing with a SnapHOA.
