(Drain, roof &amp; A\/C leaks are <strong><em>intermittent<\/em><\/strong>; supply line leaks, slab leaks, and fire sprinklers leaks are <em><strong>constant<\/strong> and will run 24\/7 until the water is turned off<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>If there is an adjacent unit, have they been contacted to see if anything is leaking in that unit?<\/li>\n<li>If the leak is constant, has the water been turned off? (If it is a supply line leak and the owner has an individual shut-off valve, recommend that they turn the water off to avoid further damage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If there is an adjacent unit(s) and it appears the leak may be HOA responsibility, OPEN A &#8220;MU W\/O&#8221; UNDER COMMON AREA AND INCLUDE THE CONTACT INFO FOR <u>ALL UNITS<\/u>\u00a0INVOLVED IN THE FORMAT ABOVE.<\/li>\n<li>For drain line issue (slow moving or clogged drain that are HOA responsibility) ask if there are units <em><strong>below<\/strong><\/em>.
