Please be sure to check the 3CX Monitor before leaving the department for any reason (see below) and make sure that:
- At least 2 team members are actively logged in (available to take calls – “green”)
- No calls are in queue
If you absolutely need to leave the department and this criteria is not met:
- Check with anyone on DND (“Do Not Disturb”) to see if they are able to log in during your absence
- If you cannot find someone to log in, see the Community Care Lead for approval
You must change your soft phone status to, “Do Not Disturb,” every time you leave (lunch, break, meeting, restroom, home, vacation, etc.). Do not log out of the queue since selecting “Do Not Disturb” automatically removes you from the queue. Make sure to always change your status on EIO, as necessary (e.g. you do not need to change it when you go to the restroom).
