We are happy to report that there are many maintenance and improvement initiatives that have been completed or are in process at Prado.\u00a0 In the last month or so the following have been completed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Professional cleaning of all hallway carpets, Clubhouse carpets, and Clubhouse upholstery.<\/li>\n
  2. Deep cleaning of pool area tile flooring.<\/li>\n
  3. Replacement of damaged 3rd<\/sup> floor stairwell door.<\/li>\n
  4. Repair of several common area HVAC units.\u00a0 The gym A\/C condenser will be replaced on September 7th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n
  5. Repair of trash chute exhaust fan.<\/li>\n
  6. Replacement of numerous burned out lights in the common areas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the coming month or two we will be:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Retrofitting all garage area lighting to LED\u2019s which will save the Association a substantial amount of money in electricity costs.<\/li>\n
    2. Cleaning the parking garage.<\/li>\n
    3. Replacing the pool heater.<\/li>\n
    4. Cleaning or replacing the pool furniture cushions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
